The new Kurtz Ersa SMARTFLOW 2020 selective soldering system expands RAWE’s in-house production capabilities and enables the automated soldering of THT electronic assemblies. It largely replaces manual soldering processes, boosting efficiency and quality. One particularly useful feature is that the system is also ideal for the rapid production of prototypes, without the need for solder masks as is the case with wave soldering. We also benefit from low consumption of nitrogen, flux, solder and electricity – contributing to sustainable and cost-effective operations.
