RAWE is certified in accordance with the IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards, meaning that we fulfill the high requirements of the automotive sector and industry. The annual audits are carried out by TÜV Süd. Our QMB and the QM team ensure that all relevant business processes are reviewed annually to ensure that they are up to date and effective.
Our quality assurance department carries out incoming and outgoing goods inspections and is responsible for processing customer complaints and repairs. Outgoing goods inspections can be carried out on a random basis using defined inspection characteristics. The necessary testing equipment is designed and manufactured in-house at RAWE.
RAWE Quality Planning in advance is part of the project team and takes on all quality-related tasks as part of the product development process. From the implementation of customer-specific requirements to the planning of FMEAS and customer audits and their documentation. The team also assesses the process capability of the production of our products and supports production planning in the creation of internal production documents.
