The second wave soldering line now has 4 special workstations and an optical placement control system. A conveyor belt now transports the assemblies directly to the painting line.
The painting line has been replaced by a significantly faster system, on which painting can now be carried out on both sides via a turning station. An integrated oven significantly reduces the drying time.
As before, the result can be checked via a UV light chamber, which saves a lot of time. A new feature is a camera system that can now be used to carry out a final quality check on finished painted assemblies. All image results are securely archived using a barcode and serial number.
